- Exchanges: We will accept exchanges only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- An unboxing video is required to process your request.
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Damaged Product: If your product is damaged, follow the same process for exchanges.
- Missing Product: Inform us within 2 days of delivery if any item is missing from your order, along with an unboxing video.
